In addition to the stock that we hold of M8 and M12 connectors, we are also able to manufacture special connector assembles.  Using high quality components from Binder Connectors we can offer M12 A-Code, M12 D-Code in standard and shielded formats, M8 connectors as well as our own 2.1mm DC power connectors.

M8 5 POle Receptacle with PCB Header

A 5-pole connector system that could provide the necessary connections for a shielded CANBUS system for a marine environment was required for this project.  In this environment, the connectors had to be both waterproof and robust for this challenging application.

Moulding 2.1mm DC Power Connectors to Free Issue Cables

Moulded 2.1mm DC Power Connector

It is not unusual to receive a request to mould M8 or M12 connectors onto free issue cable or sensors.  In this instance our customer required a 2.1mm DC connector fitting onto the cable supplied with their LED lighting units to make them compatible with our LED lighting looms.

M12 B-Coded Connector to USB A Connector

A simple requirement: USB-A to M12 B-Code connector was required by our customer.  After sourcing a suitable USB connector for their requirements, we conducted test mouding of the M12 D-Code connector to the cable and provide samples for testing.
