StandardLine safety edges are available in NBR rubber for automatic doors on CNC machines. The NBR rubber has greater resistance to the effects of the cutting and cooling oils used in the machining process.
There is a choice of profile with or without a sealing lip that are supplied with PUR cable. These variations to the standard safety edge providing better durability in the machining environment.
Most machine door requirements have a bespoke element to the application. We can build safety edges with additional features such as mitred corners, curved mounting rails and mounting rails pre-drilled ready for installation on the machine door.
